PRIVACY POLICY

Pursuant to Art. 399-400 of the Act of July 12, 2024 - Electronic Communications Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1221, as amended) and Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of May 4, 2016), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, I inform that:

1. The administrator of personal data is Dawid Roś, running a sole proprietorship under the name "Bies-Quady Roś Dawid" based in Hoczew, no. 176, 38-604 Hoczew.

3. In matters relating to the exercise of rights related to the protection of personal data, please contact the Administrator.
4. On the BattleTanks website, available at https://battletanks.pl, cookies and similar technologies are used to ensure the proper operation of the website, conduct statistical analyzes and provide additional functionalities, in particular Google Maps.
5. Cookies and similar technologies used for analytical purposes or related to external services that are not necessary for the proper functioning of the website are used only after the User expresses consent via the consent panel displayed during the first visit to the website.
6. The User may change or withdraw consent at any time by using the "Privacy Settings" option available in the footer of the website.
7. The website uses the following external services:
   1. Google Analytics 4 - a service used to conduct statistics and analyze how the website is used;
   2. Google Maps - allowing you to display maps.
   The provider of these services for users located in the European Economic Area is, in particular, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
8. The website uses Google Analytics 4 using the measurement identifier: G-NWESBF8W2F.
9. Google Analytics may collect information regarding the use of the website, in particular information about:
   1. number and duration of visits;
   2. visited subpages;
   3. traffic source;
   4. how to use the website;
   5. the user's device and browser;
   6. the user's approximate location;
   7. a random or pseudonymous identifier stored in a cookie.
   This data is used to create statistics, analyze how the website is used, and optimize and improve it.
10. The website administrator does not transfer data such as name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number or other data entered by the user to Google Analytics that would allow direct identification.
11. Google Analytics may use the IP address of your device, among other things, to determine your approximate location. For users located in the European Economic Area, Google declares that IP addresses are rejected before data is stored in Google Analytics and are not recorded or stored by Google Analytics.
12. As part of the operation of the website, the following cookies and information saved in the browser's memory may be used:
    1. _ga - used to distinguish users; storage period can be up to 2 years;
    2. _ga_* - used in connection with maintaining and distinguishing session state and Google Analytics services; storage period can be up to 2 years;
    3. bt-analytics-consent - information saved in the browser's local memory, used to remember the user's decision regarding consent to analytics, so that the consent panel is not displayed on each visit.
13. Data related to the use of Google Analytics may be processed by Google Ireland Limited and other entities belonging to the Google group or acting on its behalf.
14. In connection with the use of Google services, data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area. Google uses mechanisms provided for by law to ensure an adequate level of data protection. Detailed information on the principles of data processing by Google can be found in Google Privacy Policy.
15. The data storage period depends on the type of technology used and the service configuration. Cookies may be stored for the period indicated in point 12, while data collected in Google Analytics is stored in accordance with the retention period set for the Google Analytics 4 service.
16. You can also limit or block the use of cookies yourself using your browser settings. Restricting certain cookies may affect the operation of certain website functions.
17. In the event of contact by the User by telephone or e-mail, the Administrator may process personal data provided voluntarily by the contacting person, in particular name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number and other data contained in the content of the message or provided during the conversation.
18. This data is processed in order to answer the inquiry, conduct correspondence and take actions related to the inquiry.
19. The legal basis for data processing is:
    1. art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR - if the contact concerns concluding a contract or taking action at the request of a person before concluding it;
    2. art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR - the legitimate interest of the Administrator consisting in conducting communication, responding to inquiries and handling correspondence.
20. To the extent that data processing using Google Analytics 4 or Google Maps requires the User's consent, the basis for processing is Art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR. The user may withdraw consent at any time via the "Privacy Settings" option. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
21. The data will be stored for the period necessary to handle the inquiry and conduct correspondence, and then for the period required to secure any claims or resulting from applicable legal provisions, if applicable.
22. Providing data is voluntary, but may be necessary to respond or take action related to the matter presented.
23. The data subject has the right - under the principles set out in the GDPR - to access the data, rectify it, withdraw consent, delete it, limit processing, object to processing and submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
24. The Administrator reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy in the following cases:
    1. changes in applicable law;
    2. changes in the way the Website operates;
    3. introducing new functionalities or services;
    4. changes in external service providers;
    5. changing the way cookies, analytical tools or other technologies are used on the Website.
25. The current version of the Privacy Policy is published on the Website. If changes are made, the last update date indicated below will be changed accordingly.
